The work:

This role is all about reconnaissance. The digital advertising world is extremely large and increasingly complex. We're looking for someone that can simplify our brand's vision for the next generation of digital advertising and position our solution across to small businesses. Success for this role will be gauged across several objectives:

  • Understanding target client pain points, media budgets, media landscape and current client advertising efficacy
  • Formulate a go-to market response and create a compelling narrative around Munchtime's vision for advertising
  • Build connections with local businesses and business leaders, own and grow a territory
  • Determine ad platform efficacy, value and pricing - work closely with product
  • Understand the metrics to conversion, refine the sales process and build out a team
  • Expand and replicate the sales process to new markets


Here’s what you need:

  • You've worked with small businesses or as a brick and mortar small business owner your whole life. You speak the language, understand the lifestyle and demonstrate authenticity when it comes to establishing connections.
  • Your partnership focused, inquisitive and have a natural ability to find valid opportunities. No hard selling allowed.
  • Demonstrated experience with sales infrastructure development, high degree of planning and organization and track record of being able to sell to others.
  • No previous education experience required, although encouraged.


Compensation:

• This is an unpaid position until we're able to secure funding. The business is currently bootstrapped.
